Very simple but fresh vegetarian food meant for any one since this is the first time that i am taking Ayurveda treatment it is not wise from my part to suggest any improved way of treatment but since Ayurveda is thoroughly Indian way of treating a patient it would be good to introduce certain Indian healing sessions for those who are well disposed to it but only meant for them then a patient will understand and appreciate healing a spiritual experience.
